i am trying to make a live video stream on ustream.tv and when i watch the stream in a test run it comes out all choppy and bad quality. i am using a high quality webcam and have all the equipment. Is there something i can do to make it better
i have a good connection speed

    If your connection (Upload speed, not download) is slow, it will be bad no matter what camera you have.
