I’m on the West Coast. Why isn’t there a TOS live video stream of the BC vs. NC State game?

This game is being shown on ESPN everywhere except the West Coast. I can get this game on the TOS online radio stream, but no video to accompany the sound.
Any ideas?

    Because there are people there are from those areas on the west coast… its not a planet of its own now..
