What program can I use to download live streaming video?

sad07 asked:

I want to download live streaming videos while watching it at the same time from sites such as www.ustream.tv and www.justin.tv.
Does anyone know if it is possible to do so?
If yes, what program do I use and how do I use it?
I would also like a program that would download video along with the audio.
What are the benefits of paid surverys when you need extra cash

Well There Is A Program That Lets You Download Videos Of YouTube Assuming If You Can Find The Same Exact Video From Those Websites On To YouTube. If You Can Then Use A Free Program Called DVDVideoSoft Free Studio.

You can try Debut Capture software which is freeware. What it will allow you to do is capture the exact screen area that plays the video (so the window of the media player that you use) and record it to avi or another video format. It also allows you to record directly from a webcam.

If you want to download/convert from an online video site like YouTube you can try another freeware from the same company - called FlashLynx.
